Chi-Town boy Lupe Fiasco has had his ups and downs since Kanye brought him into the spotlight. The Show Goes On might not be one for the history books, but a chill track on the right side of his spectra.

That's right. We're only a week away from the next N*E*R*D drop, Nothing, which means that it's time for some sneak peek listening. Help Me caught my attention, those boys know how to bring the rock sound into hiphop without us knowing it. Fresh!

Saigon is finally getting a deal. Some of you might remember this guy from a couple of Entourage episodes some years ago when Turtle tried to manage him. Now it seems like he's releasing The Greatest Story Never Told, and I gotta say that he sounds more old school than most other rap right now, and that's def fresh!
I heard this song for the first time when I saw The Carter docu, and have ever since been trying to find it, without any success. Until now, 30 Minutes to New Orleans appeared on Mack Maine's mixtape The Laxative. This could in my opinion be one of Wayne's best songs in a long time. Heard that Wayne's gonna be clean when he get's out but that wasn't the case when he recorded this, the rhymes are tight.
"I'm lightin up to blunts at one time and I thank god that I could say fuck one time. I'm sippin out of two cups at one time and I thank god I could say fuck one time".
Get The Laxativehere and listen to the song below.
Shit's going down in Paris. It's hardly news that the French produce some of the tightest hiphop out there, Booba makes the language of love sound like a musical murder weapon. Take it or leave it, c'est Jour de Paye.
Most of the talk about Kanye the last week has been about his supposedly rejected album cover (warning: "it gon' blow yall minds") for the upcoming album, and how he stands up for artists and "dey true creativity". But let's not forget his collaboration with La Roux and their remix of In for the Kill.

Those are the words of recently deceased legend Guru, starting off Full Clip. Big L has always been in the shadows of Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac in the Dead Rappers' Society, at least until now. J-Love has reproduced the classic Danger Zone, which is the first leak off of the upcoming album The Return of the Devil's Son. Listen below! [via RCRD LBL]
Cudder's latest video for his song Erase Me features Mr. West and has a good portion of humor and the 60's. The Hendrix inspired video is directed by Jason Goldwatch and includes appearances by Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Clark Duke. Gotta love it!
Yeah, we know you wish you had one for every time you've heard I Need a Dollar. Even though it's still THAT good, this recent help Aloe Blacc has gotten from some of NYC's finest makes it feel like it's fresh out the oven.
Aloe Blacc - I Need A Dollar (Juganot Remix feat. Joell Ortiz, Maino, Cassidy, Papoose)
We've been psyched about this drop for a while now, and The Preview is finally here. Let's be honest, we've heard half of the songs before, but they're still as good, and the remaining half is fucking banging. So do we give a shit? No. Chiddy Bang always deliver, and these tracks below make it so obvious.
Chiddy Bang - Here We Go feat. Q-Tip Chiddy Bang - Nothing On We
Wiz Khalifa is back with his tribute to the city of black and yellow, Pittsburgh. Kinda like his version of Empire State of Mind, if Empire State of Mind was about Jay-Z instead of NYC.
M.I.A. needs no further introduction by now, and after an intense year of touring and a new album she's back featuring on Rye Rye's latest track Sunshine. Listen below or check out the video here!
Kanye is dropping yet another track according to plan and making the blogosphere confused with a countdown for a new homepage...You gotta love this guy. Have a listen to Christian Dior Denim Flow below and watch Cudder perform it live.
Kanye West featuring Kid Cudi, Ryan Leslie, Lloyd Banks, Pusha T and John Legend - Christian Dior Denim Flow
Yet another release from Wayne, this one also exclusive for the hard copy of I Am Not A Human Being. In other news Weezy has been placed in a solitary cell for the rest of his time in jail. This cause he was caught listening to his iPod. Free Weezy!
Hip-hop is not all about cell blocks, full clips and the projects. It can also be a couple of white kids from New York with a tasteful talent of sampling other white people's music for beats and rapping on them. We mentioned Hoodie Allen's mixtape "Pep Rally" the other week, here are our favorites of the previously unreleased tracks.
We won't blame you if you take this blog for Kanye propaganda, but it's just hard not to post his new stuff. Last up is this collaboration with Jay-Z, Swizz Beatz, Pusha T and Cyhi the Prynce. Get it for free over at RCRD LBL.
Kanye West - So Appalled (feat. RZA, Jay-Z, Pusha T, Swizz Beatz & Cyhi the Prynce)
One of the freshest acts of 2009 meets one of the freshest acts of 2010. We've heard a number of remakes of You've Got the Love, and it's not surprising that Theophilus London got his version right. His remake of the xx's remake of Florence's version that is. Florence's remake of Candi Staton's version that is.

It's been a month or so since I first heard word that Chiddy Bang was gonna work their magic on The Naked & Famous' adolescent-romantic pop epic Young Blood, and my nights of longing and dreaming are over. Like the ever amazing Neon Gold Records blog puts it: "Throw this on your stereo and turn your speakers up loud, your weekend just got a whole lot fresher."
The Naked & Famous - Young Blood (Chiddy Bang Remix)
We've had plenty of Kanye here so far, and for good reasons. This guy knows his stuff. The question is, if he starts doing collabos with alt artists like (well...) Bon Iver, who is gonna bash on award shows?
